Founded in 2022 by Executive Producer Alexandra Tusder - a Sister in every sense - Sister Projects was built on the belief that the best work happens when there’s trust, support, and a little bit of family magic. With over a decade of experience producing globally across the UK, Hong Kong, and USA, Alex brings sharp attention to detail, unshakable calm, and a contagious energy to every project. She’s the heart of the company - nurturing long-standing relationships and building new ones with care, clarity, and creativity.

Gabby is our powerhouse Producer and a cornerstone of the Sister Projects family. A lifelong friend of Alex's since their school days, Gabby brings a deep sense of loyalty, humour, and calm to everything she turns her attention to. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for making the complex feel effortless, she keeps projects moving smoothly - with heart, care, and a touch of magic.
